Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy of Golf Tech Golfartikelvertriebs GmbH (fn 31852t)

The protection of your data is of particular concern to us. We, therefore, process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Data storage online store and trade

We would like to point out that to simplify the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner as well as the name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, account data or credit card number of the customer are stored by the online store operator within the framework of cookies. In addition, for contract processing, this data is also stored by us.

The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data. No data is transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of account data or credit card data to the processing banking institutions or payment service providers to debit the purchase price, to the transport company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, to our Internet service provider and our cloud provider to store the aforementioned data, to our marketing agency to store the data in our CRM system managed there and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the processors.

After termination of the purchasing process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, the data will be stored for 30 years after the end of the fiscal year in which the business case was terminated, in particular, to be able to fulfill tax retention obligations and for as long as the warranty, compensation and product liability claims make it necessary for the data to be processed, whereby the data will then be processed in an archive with separate access regulations.

The data is processed based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO (consent) and/or Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO (necessary for the performance of the contract).

Supplier and contractor administration

We receive the data name, company registration number, address, email address, telephone number, and account data from you in the context of the relationship as a supplier and/or contractor of our company. These data are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and are also processed for the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. tax retention obligations or warranty and compensation obligations). You are not obliged to provide us with data; however, if you do not provide the data, then we cannot provide or claim the service.

No data is transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of account data to the processing banking institutions to transfer the purchase price/fee, to our Internet service provider and cloud provider for the storage of the aforementioned data, to our marketing agency for the storage of data in our CRM system maintained there, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our obligations under tax law. We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the commissioned processors.

We store the data during the business relationship and beyond for 30 years after the end of the fiscal year in which the business case was terminated, in particular, to be able to fulfill tax retention obligations and for as long as the warranty, compensation, and product liability claims make it necessary for the data to be processed, whereby it is then processed in an archive with separate access regulations.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

This site uses different types of cookies. Necessary cookies help make a website usable by enabling basic functions such as page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function properly without these cookies. Statistics cookies help website owners understand how visitors interact with websites by collecting and reporting information anonymously. Marketing cookies are used to follow visitors around websites. The intent is to show ads that are relevant and engaging to the individual user and therefore more valuable to publishers and advertising third parties. Some cookies are placed by third parties that appear on our sites. By law, we may store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the operation of this site. For all other cookie types, we need your permission.

You can change or revoke your consent at any time from the Cookie Statement on our website. Learn more about who we are, how to contact us, and how we process personal data in our Privacy Policy. Your consent applies to the following domains: www.stuburt.com.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics of the provider Google LLC with company headquarters in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. The data is therefore transferred to a non-European third country. The relationship with the provider is based on the Privacy Shield agreement.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing.

Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO (consent) and/or Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO (legitimate interest).

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last eight bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.

For more information, please visit http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/learn/privacy.html (general information on Google Analytics and data protection).

Advertising

Marketing cookies are used on our websites. Marketing cookies originate from external advertising companies (third-party cookies) and are used to collect information about the websites visited by the user to create targeted advertising for the user. If we process personal data in the process, we are allowed to do so because of your consent (Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO) and only as long as you have not deactivated the respective marketing cookie, which is possible at any time with effect for the future. In any case, we process marketing cookies for no longer than the duration specified in the overview below.

Below you will find an overview of the marketing cookies that are used on our part:
  • We use social media cookies to show you advertisements and content based on your social media profiles and activities on our websites. They are used to connect your activities on our websites with your social media profiles so that advertisements and content you see on our websites and social media better reflect your interests. To do this, we use Facebook Ads from the provider Facebook Inc. with corporate headquarters at Paseo de la Castellana, 180, Madrid - Community of Madrid 28046. The purpose of data processing is marketing. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy.
  • We also use Microsoft Advertising from the provider Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Attn: Data Protection Officer, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Telephone: +353 1 706 3117. The data is processed for marketing purposes. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Microsoft, as well as setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Microsoft's privacy policy.
  • Furthermore, we use Google AdWords of the provider Google LLC with its headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. The data is therefore transferred to a non-European third country. The relationship with the provider is based on the Privacy Shield agreement. More information can be found in Google's privacy policy and terms of use. For more information on data protection and cookies at Google AdWords, please visit http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/partners/ and http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/technologies/ads.
  • Our site uses the provider YouTubeLLC,901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for the integration of videos. Normally, when you call up a page with embedded videos, your IP address is already sent to YouTube, and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have embedded our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google's Double Klick service, but, according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated in the process). As a result, YouTube no longer stores information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have viewed the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video). Of the then possible collection and use of your data by YouTube, we have no knowledge and no influence on it. You can find more information in YouTube's privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. In addition, we refer to our general presentation in this privacy policy for the general handling and deactivation of cookies.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. Through this service, website tags can be managed through an interface. The Google Tool Manager only implements tags. This means that no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tool Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags, insofar as these are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

The user data will be kept until revoked. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: office@golftech.at or unsubscribe here. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.

Your rights

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO (consent) and/or Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO (legitimate interest). You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract for commissioned data processing with the provider.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer by adapting it to the needs of the customer. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last eight bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.
